I have a reliable source who told me that today he was seen at Reading's promotion party sporting a Reading shirt.

He WAS there played as a special guest in Reading shirt and when he screwed up on the pitch, Reading fans sang, thats why you're going down and he just laughed.  As far as I'm concerned he shouldn't be in a swindon shirt.  If he thinks its funny that were relegated he is more of a tw@t than I thought.

If Curo laughs at us being relegated we can only laugh at the poor season he's had (well most of it). I wouldn't be suprised if he went back to the Gas for next season.

That's a touch unfair don't you think?  Cureton's attitude for the entire season has smacked of "I don't want to be here"....  That said, on Saturday he did get the crowd going which in turn helped get the team going.  He's failed to live up to his big name and it should be cheerio in the Summer.  That said, I don't resent him.

Jutkiewicz looked amazing on Saturday, some of the passes he played and his hold-up play was brilliant.  He just needs his first goal and he'll be away.

Its nice to finally see a player on the pitch that has come through our own club.....no money owed to any other clubs for a change.

Hopefully he'll be scoring next season and be top goal scorer in league 2.

He looked great when he came on at Huddersfield - good skills and not afraid to run at them. Best  of all, he read the game and moved instead of standing like a plank before reacting.

Cureton's missed far too many sitters-although if he was to stay I'm sure he'd score a hatful in Lge 2 a la Michael Bridges.

I think you are all being harsh on Curo. He has missed some sitters but if you think that is the main reason we are going down I think you have lost the plot.

I think, considering his size, Jutkiewicz has a quality touch. Picked off a few good passes aswell, very promising.

In the last couple of months, Cureton's misses have cost us at least 7 points. For this reason, and the fact he doesn't seem too interested in busting a gut for us, i don't want to see him in a Swindon shirt again.

we're relegated fucking get over it and stop looking for scapegoats. cureton has been brilliant for us. his goals have won us many games and yes you can always look to the ones he missed but you can in any striker. when he misses a sitter you can tell by the look on his face that he's gutted. ul have better luck blaming tommy mooney for his sitters against brighton for putting us in this league.

keep cureton and he will score loads next year.

cureton will probably go to rovers next season. look at his options. he can play league 2  football for a team where most fans dont like him. Or he can play league 2 football for a team where he'll be treated as a god.

He is a proven goalscorer in league two and i would prefer someone to not give a shit, but still score goals and get us out of this league, than someone who does care but doesnt provide anything for the club (Goals, assists etc....) If that makes any sense at all..... :?

No THAT's bollocks, Cureton has scored a couple of goals for us and yes, he may look gutted when he doesn't score but that's nothing to do with his feelings for Swindon, it's him wanting to score lots so he can move on into a higher league.  Dream on mate, not gonna happen when you miss so many sitters!

He might score loads in League Two as this may be more his level - but I have always hated the money-grabbing little shit and would like him to leave (although I did think it was wrong that people were singling him out at the CG after the MK game).

If I had to choose between him or Peacock staying, I'd go for Peacock, but I would like to keep them both if we could.

I think him winding the city fans up was more for his benefit rather than ours to be honest. He's scored some important goals but his attitude is pretty terrible to the club. Read on the "thisis" site that he said on the radio he was too good to play in the bottom league. Would much rather give youth (not sonic :D ) a go if this is his attitude

I agree, I'd much rather have Peacock and be happy to give Jukiewitz another shot next season as think he could be a great asset to our squad.  Being so young he can only improve.

Curo has scored goals for us which have helped us win games. I think its all been blown out of all proportion here. Everyone was saying he was legend after the goal he scored against Walsall. All our players have under performed this season- you can't pick out one player. They're all shit. We  deserve to be in league 2 end of.

i think cureton is right to want to play in a higher league and i think he is good enough to do so. even though i would still want him to play for town. all this unnessasary booing it doesnt take a genious to work out why he would want to leave, if he went to colchester he would have fans who like him and a higher standard of football. i cant understand why fans hate players for wanting to play at a higher level? obviously we would prefer if they played with us but if you were in there shoes? i know where i would be.

Can't really bring myself to hate Cureton. He's done reasonably well in a struggling team. Yes, he has missed chances that have cost us points; i dread to think how many points other individuals errors have cost us. I'm not putting him on a pedestal or anything, just saying the criticism is a bit OTT.

If he wants to leave, which it appears he does, let him go. Not sure why he should have any loyalty to us, he's only been with us for 6 months

I was biased against him before he came to us to be honest OST,i just hated the little bastard for some reason.
As for this season,he has scored goals,but he's also missed some sitters which have cost us big time,of course he isn't the only one who's had a mare of a season and compared to the rest he's done ok i suppose, BUT when your a striker you should be scoring penalties and scoring from a few yards out not missing like Cureton's done.

he's done well for a team that has done anything but that. put simply it would be difficult for any striker to get 7 goals in half a season for STFC this season so give the bloke a bit of credit
