Reading - Anyone who went to Elm Park knows how times have changed in Berkshire.  Sort of like forgeting you've left some food somewhere and then finding it when it's turned.

Pompey - A mate's choice.  Alright they're big shirters and they've only got two songs(the chimer too!!!), still they are passionate and they make alot of noise.  Like the easy chant a bit too much.

Fulham - Simply because they have a neutrals end.

Arsenal - Library is right, poor away attendence in Europe.

Swindon Town FC - Fractured club at the moment, only about 5,000 when it boils down to it, most of those moving in different directions.  The Town End seems to have died and there is no focal/vocal place for the fans.  Our support was pretty abysmal on Saturday regardless of how things have been going.

Most teams would have a similar attendance to ours, if they had to watch the shower of shite that we have to.

I'm going to vote Reading, because a few friends have suddenly become Reading fanatics over the past 6 months :roll:

I would say Chelsea, but there will be a fair amount more of Reading fans now....A friend of mine and his family, are getting a season ticket for Reading next season! They havent even been following them, untill they heard that they were close to winning the Championship!

  Talking to someone in the week...who knew of people who'd nipped in and bought half season tickets at  Reading, anticipating giving them priority for the Prem season...but they've put up the price to 500K....so they're pissed off....fair play to Madejski I say, make the plastics pay for it.

I saw one lad at the game saturday, spence, albeit not in the town end.  

I can't realistically go in there again without getting a long-ish ban, and I haven't been in a fight since I was a teenager :shrug:   I used to enjoy the bank end of the nationwide when it was first built.  Nowhere seems worth sitting at the moment.

I know what you are getting at. There were quite a few turned away at the turnstiles yesterday about standing.

Im not sure what to do next season. We had a good crack with the bottom right of the nationwide for a bit. But theyve put netting up across our section now and there are no signs of it getting removed.

Might go up north stand a bit more next season. Had a few up there Boston FA cup and it were alright.

Spot on. Club-stealing scum who've suddenly discovered a lifelong passion for a team that didn't exist until two years ago when they stole the League place off a club that did have some history and tradition behind them. I really genuinely dislike franchise fans - they epitomise everything that's worst about plastic armchair fans. Nearly got into a do with my brother-in-law on Saturday because he chatted to a couple of the scrotes in the car park and wished them best of luck; the only thing I'd wish on them is bankruptcy (and maybe leprosy).

Didn't really think of the Franchise, they are the only club that I really wish would caese to exist. Not even Oxford fall in that category. Without the chance to lord it over Oxford what is the point....

Anyway I voted Reading. Living in the area there are a few real supporters about. I laughed when one told my wife she couldn't get her hand on a match day ticket despite there always being a fair few empty seats. Apparently people had been snapping up season tickets this year so they could lay their hands on one for the Prem, but don't go to the matches this year....

Understandable really as they're not really a football club, more a giant cuckoo's nest. If it was actual football clubs, then I'd agree Reading's fans are so plastic you could melt them.

I'd like to see the mac dons fans there,Saturday was awful of course but was made worse by the fact that we lost to a team that are a fucking franchise with no history or soul,and all there fans tauting us made me feel even worse,the FUCKERS!

Alot of Chelsea fans have appeared latelly though since they became good.

I've voted for Reading too.The amount of people at uni here couldn't care less about them last year but now they're all like

Out of those I'd go for Arsenal, although Reading have their fair share at the moment. Highbury the library is definitely right, worst atmosphere I've seen at a premiership club and they seem to have so many fans who just support them because they're glory hunting twats, what's worse is that their elitist attitudes and belief that they're somehow superior to people who do the same with Reading or Chelsea when they're exactly the same.

Man United of course have loads.

any club gains more fans with success but reading take the biscuit....them and wigan i think, rugby league town. when they won this league they were getting about 4,000 fans in a 30,000 seater stadium (so thats WITH some success) and now the fill it that there in the premiership.
