I know this is a football forum and the RAF gambler is meant to be for football bets only, but there has got to be someone on the forum who studies the gg's and could give some top tips.

Hows about Faasel in the 3.15 for an e/w, brave inca looks the real deal but for an outsider.

I had a mixed day: Brave Inca saved me.

I had an each way accumulator on Rasharrow (25-1), Spotthedifference (8-1) and Artists Muse (14-1), but it was buggered in the first race when Rasharrow ballsed up.

Bugger.

Still, I won £20.00 while in the bookies on a greyhound, so still up today.

Post by: STFCBird on Wednesday, March 15, 2006, 12:40:32
Ap McCoy is the Champion Jockey, but doesn't always do well at Cheltenham.

He has a couple of top rides today though.  Ruby Walsh and Barry Gerraghty are the ones to follow at Cheltenham

Title: Cheltenham Festival
Post by: McLovin on Wednesday, March 15, 2006, 12:45:58
I'm just gonna bet on outsiders e/w in the hope i catch some luck.

Title: Cheltenham Festival
Post by: Sussex on Wednesday, March 15, 2006, 12:53:26
My bets today:

2.00 Mr Nosie

2.35 Back In Front

3.15 Mosow Flyer

4.00 Sky's The Limit

4.40 Liberthine

5.20 Kicks For Free

£2 on each to win

These are all guesses, I haven't a clue who's riding them etc.. My horse racing knowledge extends to a bet on the Grand National a few years ago, which died I think  :D

Title: Cheltenham Festival
Post by: yeo on Wednesday, March 15, 2006, 13:35:32
Jonjo Oniel is top trainer at Cheltenham and A P Mcoy is top  jockey with 21% wins followed by Ruby Walsh with just under 18%

For what its worth Ive gone for

Refinement in the 2.00(6-1) and Darkness(13-2) in the 2.35 but my record with horses id wank so dont think you'll make any money from my tips.

Before yesterday he hadn't won at Chelt for 32 races, according to the beeb.  The favourites are doing shit 3 have been placed in the whole thing so far, bookies must be loving it.
