Post by: Bedford Red on Saturday, March 4, 2006, 20:27:48
Swindon 2 Rotherham 3 two weeks ago
Rotherham 0 Chesterfield 4 last week
Chesterfield 0 Yeovil 3 today

and next week it's Yeovil v Swindon

It's all pointing to 3 points for Swindon  :D

Yeh, I know this was not very well thought out

But they have all been played on Saturdays and the Yeovil game is on a Saturday so that is what I am basing my optimism on!

I'm confident we'll pick up all 6 points if we play Whalley in Midfield instead of Gurns :P

Why? will Gurney storm off, get in his car and get caught speeding twice?

Bedford red - I like your style of thinking  :D  And I hope that your true.
A good performance and a good result at yeovil would make us all feel alot better after NF.

Speaking to some other footie fans from different clubs in league 1 who have been to Yeovils ground they have all said that the atmosphere and support there was amazing. We have alot of work to do then.

Yeah a decent away atmosphere, i predict at least 500-600 town fans should go maybe even more. They have terraces and seating for the away fans also.

Surely its looking at 3 points for Yeovil?

We lost to Rotherham, who lost to Chesterfield, who lost to Yeovil, ergo making Yeovil technically better than us??  (Based on your theory)

My theory was that each week, the side who won away lost at home the following saturday. I didn't put much thought in to it I grant you but it does all point to 3 points for Swindon next Saturday I think.
