Blackburn looked very assured when he came on. I'd be surprised if he didn't start.

Brezovan, J Smith, Easton, Corr, McGovern, Comminges, Nicholas, Aljofree, Blackburn, Pook, Paynter, Sturrock, Mohammed, Allen, Cox

Brez in goal

J Smith, Aljofree, Williams/Blackburn and Nicholas at the back

McGovern, Easton, Pook and Comminges across the middle

Corr and Cox up front


Bench: Scott, Blackburn/Williams, Allen, Paynter, Sturrock/Macklin (depending if Byrne wants 2 strikers on the bench or not)

I did consider an 8-1-1 formation with Cox, Allen, Scott, Blair, Pook and Macklin all at centre back, but it just seemed a bit too safe
