What's anyone got for No 19 so far?

I'm trying: isle, edit, jack, fold, font -  to see if they can all be preceded by something (eg Black Isle, Blackjack etc) but am struggling.

I'm thinking along the lines of printing.

Used to work in the industry. The paper folding is what we used to call a mock-up.

Got font as well plus some edited copy

Also thinking  maybe church or Alice in Wonderland, though!

Is Pic 1 The Philosophers Stone?

19 is quite tricky. You are on the right lines with 1 of your 3 guesses is all I'll say!

I wouldn't have said so.  I think it's just a generic image of an island.

Does 'island' have any kind of link to printing?

Fold

Blah blah is correct and his reasoning is just about there.

4D, fold isn't correct. The actual correct answer for the paper clue is one I am not familiar with!

Any answers around Bob?

14. might be something to do with them not having a London postcode?  Or being the furthest boroughs to the North/South?East/West?  Admittedly this is based entirely on knowing that Enfield and Croydon are far away from London and the Croydon has CR postcode!

If it's not fold, then is it likely to be a word any of us have heard of?

6.   What is the process of splitting atoms called?   Nuclear fission
7.   What is the small piece of gummed paper that is used to attach stamps in an album?  Hinge
8.   Which folk rock band share a name with an 18th century agriculturalist?  Jethro Tull

16.   In which 1970s musical is a zombie-like character found in a deep-freeze, and then subsequently runs amok?  Rocky Horror Show (Eddie was the character)
17.   Which American short story tells of a man who fell asleep for 20 years?  Rip Van Winkle

18.   Andy said to Bill, "When we last met, our ages were both prime numbers, and when I was a quarter of the age I am now, you were that age plus half the age your mother would have been thirty years previous to when she was six times the age you would have been when I was half your age". Bill said to Andy "I'm off down the pub". How old were Andy and Bill the last time they met?   Andy and Bill were 2 and 5 years old respectively the last time they met. If A and B are Andy and Bill's present ages and a and b are their ages when Andy was half Bill's age then

B - 3A/4 = (A/4) + (6b - 30)/2

Since their ages have always had the same difference we have

B - A = 3b - 15 = b - a

and since 2a = b then a = 3 and b = 6. So their ages differ by 3. Since all primes except 2 are odd and differ by an even number we can only have 2 and 5, Bill being the older of the two. The mother plays no part in the problem!

19.   What links these pictures:   Church architecture (aisle; altar; nave; choir; font)

20.   Unscramble the two 2 connected words  :  D E E H J K L L Y Y  JEKYLL & HYDE
