I think he's focussing on people who aren't meant to be using yoot tickets rather than the amount of yoot tickets. How many people that is and how much it'll cost to police vs the benefit is going to be interesting |

Yeah i understand what he means. But its a stupid thing to say honestly, i don't buy it in the slightest. I'm sure it happens (it shouldn't), but its not going to solve the problems. Its like the government worrying about benefits fraud when way more is lost to tax avoidance, but its easy to point fingers at certain people. If this is the blokes plan to balance the books then he is a complete cretin. |
