My old chap passed away in the early hours of this morning. We have identified a suitable establishment for a wake. I need an outside caterer for the after service bunfight (you don't know my family). Fifty persons max. Don't want ASDA smart price, Tesco Value Range or Sainsbury's Basics type gopping shyte. However, we're also not talking Beluga Caviar canapes either. If someone has or knows of a fledgling catering co. We'd consider them but if you have a personal experience of a good one that would be great. My poor old Step mum is beside herself and both sides of the Family are chipping in to make this as painless as possible for the old Dutch. I know you say you have found the right establishment, but the Southbrook Inn have a great room and offer catering.
