By my estimation this is way over the top for someone who has scored somewhere between 25 and 30 goals in three seasons. If he is going for this much, just because about 7 or 8 of those goals have come from 1.5 years in the Premiership, then I fail to see how SSP can possibly be worth any less than £1 million. I fail to see how Watford can possibly think that a 3 to 400,000 pound bid, plus players that will more than likely be released by them anyway could prive him away from us. Don't get me wrong, I like the guy, and think he will do well, but I think SSP could do equally well. Their last Prem season in 02/03 Flo and Marcus Stewart got 6 between them and cost 16 mill or something similar.. Have to say he tried hard there, and may have a point! But Akinbiyi can't be compred to Parkin, as SSP has never played in the Premiership.
