Very funny, nice bloke to have as a manager. It's just unfortunate that in his interviews he occassionally comes across as a dickhead - he's not.
I would imagine he reads this boards (of course he would, as it helps him guage how secure his job is!) and seems to be warming to the fans as we warm to him!
