1-2

That was quick!

At your most vulnerable after you’ve just scored.

That's what EFL trophy and dead rubbers at the end of the season are for, no point in a league game especially one we'd target a win from.

I not arguing that Broadbent starting was not the right thing to do, I am just agreeing with Iffy that it doesn't sit right with me.  That's what opinions are all about, we are all allowed one.

Still at least we tried our young strikers out in the EFL trophy..

There was no excuse for that sort of mistake from a senior pro.

All that suggests is they aren't good enough or ready then. Management see them in training every day and if they were impressing then they'd get a chance, it's not like matches are the only place you can see them.

Pity one of our usual defensive cock-ups took the momentum away from us. 2-0 at HT and they'd have struggled. They get through the middle of our defence time after time, so the trick will be to hold the ball further up the field. This is still wide open.

A bit nervy at the back and we need to keep it down more, but can't complain too much.

Some half time ska:

The mistake from Caddis is just symptomatic of the season really, he knows better, he'll know as soon as he headed it that he made a mistake, but we cant seem to stop them.

Overall, scrappy, they look fragile but neat and tidy.  We look like we could concede some more, but we have the lead to hold onto and battle for now and they do look like a wet blanket at the back.

Grounds is the biggest culprit in defence, he lets people wander off him with little to no effort.
