It was mentioned in the Adver piece about us trying for a PL defender loanee. It's a behind closed doors game, though. Guessing this afto's game at Horndean is one for the 'yoot'.

Is it likely to have moved?
No, but turning roads into motorways, sticking housing estates around them can mean old places can get a bit lost.

Always hard to judge against lower level opposition but:
-Diagouraga looked good. Defensive work horse but also plenty of skill to get out of trouble and start atacks. I see some counter attacking goals next season with Toumani breaking up play and finding McGlashan/Anderson on the wings.
-Doughty very influential in an attacking midfield role. Just hangs onto it a bit too long sometimes. Fitness looked good.
- McCourt all action, box to box type on last night's showing.
- Conroy seemed fine. As did Lancashire. Although I don't rate the latter at all.
-Fortune looked quite decent. Two footed, nice lay offs out wide, fitness looked good, can tell he looks after himself. Can see why he doesn't score that often. Did most of his good work outside the box. Definitely a good foil for linking play with attacking midfielders and wide men though. I wouldn't mind giving him a year.
-Twine could be a major impact player off the bench. Missed a pen but still scored two. Very confident lad.
Thought it was quite positive overall. Game itself was quite feisty which made for a decent spectacle.

No worries gents.
Nice little touch letting all the kids on for a kick about at the end as well. I'd like to think my 5 year olds life of misery following Swindon started last night!

Up or down? 2-0 down, just checked their Twitter feed. No idea on team though.
