I hope.

Last season was w16 d13 l17 this season its w5 d8 l10.

So to equal that we need to win 11 games, drawn 5 and lose only 7. Fingers crossed.

When you look at the 4 2-2 draws that could so easily have been wins that shows we are capable of competing with anyone with a new man at the helm and 2 or 3 new signings im convinced we will become a tougher side to beat imo.

I expected mid table obscurity, a decent cup run and to blood a couple of youngsters. I didn't think I was being very ambitiuos - it appears I was.

at the start of the season swindon supporters would have witnessed,
only 3 home wins, NOT ME
a loss of faith in both keepers, NOT ME
jack smith being the most consistent  defender, NO SURPRISE GIVEN WE HAVE IFIL, HASNEY AND A MIDFIELDER THERE
cox scoring 16 goals before december and fans saying he should be dropped by january, FAIR PLAY COXY, and SOME PEOPLE ARE TWATS
getting knocked out of the fa cup by a non league club, SAME OLD SWINDON
pook returning to the first team, NO SURPRISE
countless last minute goals conceded, THAT'S BEEN A SHOCKER
being one place above the relegation place as the new year started, UNEXPECTED
people questioning the chairmans ability, UNEXPECTED, BUT THEY TEND TO BE THE THISIS SORT!
we wouldn,t have beaten any of the bottom 6 sides, SAME OLD SWINDON
and finaly danny wilson being appioted as manager(could be the best thing to happen) NOT SURPRISED MALPAS WENT BUT DIDN'T EXPECT WILSON HERE!
I was too lazy to write a proper reply.

In terms of what I expected, I would have considered 15th place to be a poor season, and 10th to be pretty good.

I was hoping for a high mid table 9th or 10th finish, keepign in touch with the playoffs until about Easter before falling off.

It has been pretty dissapointing so far, but we are only a couple of players and a shitload of confidence away from having a average to good team for this divison in all honesty.

2 out of 3 ain't bad! And we could achieve the third, so keep believing.
