Derek's been proven a fake hasn't he? I heard one time he was posessed by a nasty ghost named Francis. He was a loud and aggresive man, who wanted to hit Yvette. After the most haunted crew had left local people did some research into theis Francis and found out that Francis was in fact a Frances and a woman. D'oh.
