No 9 is bugging me. It's Buddy Holly, Don McLean and Roberta Flack, but can't work out the connection.

Edit: I guess it's something to do with American Pie, as Don McLean wrote it about the death of Buddy Holly.

I think I know the answer to 15. 10 was an item on Bakeoff but I can't remember the name, an Austrian/German name.
