We really, really need to wipe the floor with D&R on Tuesday. Failing that, a scrappy 1-0.

I have the same question that i always have. WTF has Connell got to do to get a run in the side?

He's not been at his best the last couple of games, but Di Canio has really been laying into him from the sidelines, which hasn't helped.

Far be it for me to question Di Canio and it may not have made any difference, but I personally think he's made a complete hash of his substitutions today.

I have to say I'm worried about Cheltenham at home next week as well, they're our bogey team.

So who's the striker we're trying to get? Any guesses?

Yes we're top of the league but doesn't changed the fact I'm thoroughly p*ssed off at that defeat.

Losing to the scummers is bad enough but against ten men makes it even worse.

Bad day at the office for players and manager.

Fair play to Oxford, great double over us though it hurts me to say it...in fact i hope they go up so we get a quick chance of revenge.
But let us not take our eye off the ball.....it has been a great season so far and it will get better.
Let us not forget that PDC has only managed around 40 odd games and he will learn.

UP THE TOWN.

This, especially as he's our joint top scorer

Oxford have done us twice. I can't and won't argue with that. I'm in Newcastle so it's okay for me to hide from this.

Promotion will soften the blow of these 6 dropped points.

Onwards...

Fair play to Oxford, went down to 10 men and defended for their lives and won the game.

Not overly concerned with the defeat, fully expect us to win next 2 games and win the league

Lets hope the boys are disapointed and bounce back stronger

That's how I feel as well to be honest MR.  It was bad enough in August, today is 10 times worse esecially since they were down to 10 for the best of the game!

What on earth went wrong, we just sounded worn out and all over the place?

Agreed - bad day at the office but we're still top of the league.
