don't know OBP, but if we lost 10 points there will be absolute uproar, given that the consortium have said from day 1 that they can pay the final bullet payment and the previous £100k too (i don't believe that has been paid yet either).

Yes i can imagine the uproar that it would cause, the fan's simply would not accept that and i don't think the board would be in sturrock's good books either.

I take it the creditors have been informed of Andronikou's intentions?
Section 10.1 of the CVA proposal states:
"(a) the Supervisors may convene meetings of creditors and meetings of members for the purpose of varying the CVA. To any such meetings, the following provisions shall apply:
"(b) not less than 14 days notice must be given to the creditors and members respectively insofar as they and their respective addresses are known to the Supervisors."
