Our use of the Carlsberg name would not be viewed as a major problem by Carlsberg, however it would no doubt infringe on their copyright terms regarding the use of there name and strap line.
With these things it is always viewed as one rule for all, so whether your thetownend.com or the official website of Real Madrid you will soon be asked to remove the slogan as soon as one of there marketing admin staff do a routine search in Google. :nono
The result would probably be no more than an initial polite request to remove all references to Carlsberg, but you never know.
