Me and Marc have afternoon off work for a few beers in town before getting the train. Who else is going to this and what train you thinking of getting? I was going to get the train tickets in next few days. Need to make the most of this as the old bill have buggered up a good piss up to gills!

I'm off work Tues and Weds that week, all dayer in Bristol on Tues then staying at RFK's in Cardiff after the game for a night out.

This'll be a top game i reckon, everyone playing for contracts and rovers will probably adopt us as local rivals properly now because they don't look like being in the same league as shitty anytime soon. Expect a bit of groundshare-based taunting from us too methinks.

I'm the same! If I've got somebody to go with, I might drive over early, park up and head into the centre of Br*stol for a bit by bus

It a bloody hell of a place to get to, even though I live in Bristol it takes me well over a hour to get there.

I haven't done this stadium yet as always been away when the fixtures on.  I need to tick it off!

I've just realised where the stadium is. I spent all of last week on a placement on Gloucester rd, looks like I wasn't very far away. Think I'll drive and park somewhere residential nearby, rather than walk back to Montpelier or wherever.

Is there not parking at the stadium or any away pubs nearby?

I did the other season, 10,000 odd people still found a place to park not too far away and car was fine...

There's an away pub, but you'll get battered with a baseball bat if you go in there.

You are not missing much. It's a an awful ground tbh. Much prefer going to Ashton Gate for Bristol away days.

right i think im getting the 1631 from swindon to montpelier (arrive 1757). leave montpelier at 2204. should be fine!
