why the fuck did everyone give him a standing ovation when he got sent off and blame the ref? he stupidly raked his studs down Monks achilles right in front of the ref, he let his team mates down and the fans and quite rightly apologized in the adver today ps what a goal against Bournemouth tho

probably because most people didn't see what happened (i didn't from the TE) and give the benefit of the doubt to the player rather than the ref.

haven't seen the highlights yet but sounds like he reacted to being nibbled at for 20 minutes. he apologised which is fair enough and hopefully he won't bite next time.
