not for me. not a massive fan of turnbull, im also a believer that in the bottom 2 divisions a cb position is one of the easier places of a team to fill. just my view

Strange, I think he's been our most consistent player this season. Like him a lot, Good defender and great on the ball.

Luongo is on the back page of most Aussie papers, and has been doing morning TV interviews as well. He's not doing a very good job of keeping a low profile.

Don't worry. The BBC are not covering it, so hardly anyone in this country will know what's happened unless you've been watching the games on Eurosport.

So, if we got enough for Mass that enabled us to purchase both Turnbull/Stephens (if they wanted to, of course), would that be acceptable?
Before we get too excited i assume Spurs will be entitled to a substantial percentage of any value that is generated, do we know how much?

I have a vague memory of it being thought to be as hight as 40%, and a quick google others have stated 40-50% . There was also mention that we didn't actually pay £400k for him, and that fee only becomes payable if we sell him..

Was Jed in charge when we signed him?  Anything is possible.

Little bit of relief if our home game with Bradford City is called off cos of the FA Cup  - one less game without Mass and Kasim

Do England U21's have any games before the cup finishes? We could have a call off for that if Swift gets called up.

What am I reading?

There's been quite a few responses similar to this so I guess the matches that I have seen this season (only around 7/8) I have obviously picked the ones where I haven't been that Impressed by him. Going by the reaction he has obviously been very good in the majority and if that is the case then fair enough.

Read a few articles on the game and Luongo's performance, Aussie press seem to view him as the replacement for Tim Cahill and that they're in safe hands.

This interview isn't the best read for us, though to be fair he was probably just answering he questions he was asked....

To bad fair, I'd expect the Aussie set up / funding to be somewhat better than sn1!

He obviously doesn't fancy holland then.

Yep, I've got it on.  He's doing fine (in a dull match).  He has had plenty of the ball so far and has used it pretty well.

Well, it's littered with nasty fouls that's for  sure.

Very little quality on show and the sort of game it will be hard for Yas to stand out

Kasim is easily Iraq's best player. He created probably the game's best chance so far. Commentators keep mentioning Town.
