He gave a good lowdown RE the lack of transfer activity as well.

One thing that struck me was that whilst listening to another AF interview, that I don't remember EVER hearing Seton Wills's voice.

Seeing how much they have acheived so far, my guess would be that's already being discussed, if it was me i would have included that in proposal's for repayment of any outstanding bills owed to the Council.
