Perhaps I got the wrong end of the stick but PdC seems to be saying Constable was originally keen to come to us!?

- Need to use the ball better. Didn't use ball well in 1st half
- Should have scored 4 or 5
- Referee made a mistake when Flint was pushed in back. Referee sent PDC off for body language. He didn't curse or swear. PDC cant change his culture or mannerisms. Wasnt happy that he was punished for it.
- He will keep more calm if he can. But if they send him off every week then - 'So what! My team will still win the league!'
- He's really, really angry about it!!!!!!!
- Complaining that Macc play kick and rush! (Sounds if he did his homework on them as he talked about what he had said to the team in the week.) Was worried about this game because of Macc not being a footballing team.
- Sending off for Macc: Couldn't see what but could see that the lino spotted a foul on Flint.
- PDC wanted someone else to take penalty, but wouldnt say who.
- Rooney: Has no legs at the moment. Needs more strength and power in his legs. They will work with him.
- Boateng: Brings competition for centre half positions. (Sounds as if there is some complacency in the team)
- Constable: PDC wanted him. Deal was done. He wanted to come. Meeting arranged. PDC was on his way to office when Wray phoned to say there was a problem. PDC then decided he didn't want him anymore and they should look elsewhere.
- Other strikers: Been talking to another club. Doesnt know if player wants to come.

PDC confirmed that, but said that they had made an offer to the club but hadnt talked to the striker about whether he wanted to come or not.

Play well or play poorly as long as we keep winning then I don't care, great 1st anniversary for my dad to watch under the Town End goal, onwards and very much upwards.

The title is well within our sights.

Its good to be a Town fan, and in Paolo I do trust, fully, I love the bloke.

Definatly.. 2mins from paolo meeting contstable at a hotel wray phoned to say James wants more time to think things through...  Paolo says "I no want this player anymore"

Confirms James constable initially was set to come & had probably agreed terms financially but bottled after the "abuse on social network sites" (mr Wray)

Rooney:
- Pleased to set up winner. Pleased for Benson as he ran his socks off vs Rotherham
- Wasn't nervous but more excited
- Felt he should have scored on one on one
- Didn't see what happened for penalty. Saw Flint holding their player up and thought he'd better keep out of it!
- Disappointed he cant play at Leicester. No reason why we cant go therer and get a result

The winner was meant to be at The Town End.

Thank you!

Come off it. We've had loads of tv-radio and press lately. Don't forget we are not massive stories compared to the prem-championship whether we like it or not.
For a league 2 side we do pretty well for coverage i think

The Beeb's Saturday afternoon coverage hardly even mentions the Championship, and that's on a day when the Premier League fixtures are hardly the most attractive in the world

The bias just winds me up arriba, it's like the three other leagues don't exist

Then you also have that AVB twat saying during the week how the Premier League sides should be allowed to play B sides in the Championship. Oh do fuck off, as if they are not doing enough to kill off the other three leagues already. Arrogant cunts the lot of em as far as I'm concerned
