Thoughts at this time of year

Would you all please take a moment to read this and send your thoughts and prayers to somebody very close to my heart . . . my son!! Last week he was posted to one of the world's natural disaster areas and a right hell-hole. Spoke to him yesterday and he says that the natives are not very friendly, eye you with great suspicion and walk around in small gangs with fingers missing and rings in their noses. Very often you see males and females walking hand-in-hand and yet they look alike, almost like brothers and sisters!! Yes guys, he was the unlucky one this Xmas, sent to work in Rose Hill and Blackbird Leys in an unmentionable place just down the A420. Luckily he will be repatriated on Xmas Eve!!
