Just saw ITV news and they said they will be signing today. They only mentioned it because they both used to play in Bristol! Don't really think we need two strikers though.

On the other site it says that the other player is Jack Smith from Watford, but i expect those children are only speaking shit again.

No it is definitely Jack Smith from watford. It was announced on radio Swindon. I'm waiting for the official announcement, Itv may just be talking about rumours as fact.

If this is true, 2 decent strikers giving us 4 altogether wouldnt be such a bad thing. Catons not ready at all.
If the Jack smith thing is true then that covers the left back slot. We still need a left winger and defensive midfielder though

Was hoping nicholas would play left back this year. Although this Jack Smith sounds quite attacking, so maybe he'll play left wing?

Why has King said one of the other two signings will excite the fans? Whose more exciting Cureton or Thorpe? This isn't definite yet.

Will be a stormer if we pull that trio off.
:-))(
I want a central midfielder and a left winger and then I'll be satisfied.

Gotta feel a bit sorry for Fallon and Roberts though, they might have expected to be fighting for a place alongside a replacement for Parkin but it looks like they're gonna be bench-warming now. I think I'd like to see Fallon used in swap deal for an experienced and proven central midfielder. I thought Roberts was gonna get the opportunity to come out this season all-guns blazing with a point to prove to King that he was being wasted out on the wing.

Fucking get in! Quality signings. Cureton has scored more goals in this division than Parkin. :advercool:

Well, as has been said before all we need now are a couple of midfielders and an experienced central defender, and we could be right up there again. That strikeforce will certainly worry a few defences this season - relegation is a definate no-no now.
