Anti-English prick
I did mellow during the Olympics, but it didn't last
Really? I thought that particular theory was disproved years ago. Being a proud Scot doesn't necessarily mean you're anti English.

Djokovic will win this now. Murray needed that 2 set advantage. Great game this. Both players putting in a great shift.

Bloody hell, didn't realise there were people out there that still believe that shit. Aussie Open finalwise, I really can't see Murray winning this now, he had a chance to break Djok early 2nd set, didn't take it and Djok has taken advantage. Hope I'm wrong but the serb will win.

12 months ago that would be a certainty. I think Murray has improved his mental toughness enough to make it by no means a certainty now.

Novak taking Muzza to the cleaners no. Predictable.

Danger now he's broken. Lets see if Murray has anything left mentally in the next set.
edit: I take it back, he's moaning at the umpire, head gone?

Like the last grand slam final in the US?

Djokovic has been immense the last set and a half. Well worthy winner.

Not overly fussed about the tennis, but Irvine Welsh's twitter meltdown in response to it is most entertaining.

No shame in the result. Just beaten by the better (almost machine like) man.

He was unlucky. Looked to be playing well in the opening two sets, a few unfortunate slips cost him from really being in charge of the match and taking the second set and from there on it was all Djockovic... The burden of winning a major seems to have been lifted from his shoulders now though, I'm confident he'll win many more.

Murray beaten by the better player on the day! Went a little bit like the Wimbledon final against Federer in the 3rd/4th sets with Murray having no answers to Novak!
