He'd make an ace English bowler too Spuddy, he's exactly the sort of bowler we need. Someone who takes more than 3+ wickets in an innings on a regular basis, even if he can be expensive, and a genuine inswing bowler.

I was enjoying it last week,loath to admit it but its dragging a bit now,i mean it could be me,but every time i turn it on it always seems to be either the West Indies or New Zealand.Least we're playing a couple of times this week,though i'm not sure how much fun that will be |

Have to agree larwood, difficult to see any surprise results happening this week, all beginning to get a bit predictable after the shocks at the group stage.
We have to win at least one of our 2 games this week, and with the Aussies batsmen in such great touch, i can see them having a field day against our bowlers. Which leaves tomorrows game as a must win....

Agree with the tickets - probably less English there as many have had the winter in Aus too. IMHO it was always going to be slightly inevitable that the results would be more predictable when the non-test nations made it thru. It's great to see the small nations progressing but in the last eight it makes for fewer competitive matches than if perhaps India and Pakistan had got through. Last four should be good - be nice to see a team beat the aussies, just for a change, and obviously out of principle.
