My daughter's watching some exercise video made by some well-fit Korean birds. My word. I feel like an old perve but, fuck it, they make me feel good.

Finally exchanging on our sale and purchase. For only a chain of two it's taking nearly 5 months!

No way that"s a no 17. No single mothers, with Poundland carrier bags hanging off the back of the buggy for starters.

I've lost two stone in weight since November without drastically changing my lifestyle. Just less snack food and more walking.

Good work! I lost 3, put 2 on, taken 1 off again (since Jan 1st). The guy who site behind me at work has lost 4. He is now just 3lbs heavier than me. I use myfitnesspal, he goes to weightwatchers. We are having a competition to under 13 stone (currently 15 3 v 15 6 in case you wondered). Its a fucking genius idea - competitive weight loss could revolutionise the weight loss industry. We'll be millionaires...until the lawsuits anyway. Oh yeah, I had a point - my advice is to continually monitor your weight weekly. Its so easy once its off to slip back to old habits because the brain thinks "won't hurt", followed by "I've only put on a couple of pounds, not to worry" - though your method seems less likely to suffer this. I think my downfall was using exercise to offset calories - because injury hell meant no exercise but I carried on the eating...

I'd allowed a bit of weight to creep back on over the course of last year and have managed to shift ~1 stone since January. I'd recommend The 4-Hour Body as an unconventional way of approaching dieting and fitness in general.

Yeah, I use MyFitnessPal. I've not gone higher than a couple of kg gained in a bad week thus far. So far, so good.
