Neither LP nor tiger Tim were at Fleetwood. The team played well with Fleetwood probably shading the first half with the better chances although at no time were we dominated or really under the cosh. Second half we grew into the game and were the dominant side. Ajose took his goal well and the whole team played well. Very impressed with Conroy. He is the central defender that we've wanted for a couple of seasons and in my view Branco looks more assured with him alongside. All in all, a great day out!
Interesting how people have different views of games etc.

The BBC report says that Fleetwood were the better side first half and for most of the second half and that we frustrated Fleetwood until just before we scored when we had a few shots and came out winners.

You're making the fatal assumption that they actually had a reporter there....

Looking at the stats it would seem a fairly even game, with us shading possession, both sides having 3 shots each on target and we shaded corner count.  Probably the local BBC radio reporter, who like Hodgetts is a bit of a muppet!

Cracking result. Got a feeling they are giving us hope that will very soon be shattered but two wins and two clean sheets against Millwall and Fleetwood is no mean feat.

As others have said, remarkable result, and one we deserved. Trying hard not to look beyond Saturday, but even the idea we could be out of the drop zone come 5pm is amazing considering how low we all were after the four straight defeats.

Second half we were by some distance the better team. Unlucky not to go ahead earlier, and most impressively, after the goal, we didn't look like conceding.

Must be said, Fleetwood is a cracking little club and day out. Stewards, bar staff and everyone we met were brilliant considering there were 20 odd of us on my stag do, including me in full oxford kit for the day.

If it helps restore pessimism, Fleetwood have scored 1 in 4 games and Millwall have won 1 in 5.

That was you, haha, saw that on the FB group. You don't know Mark Perry do you? Or was he co-incidentally on a different stag weekend in Fleetwood?!
