I'm sure SSW has a majority shareholding though. Power could force a large shareholding but not enough to take control.

Without removal of the current board there seems little point. Then again perhaps it is a route SSW would encourage in order for him to try and retain a minority shareholding in hope of some return on investment?

even if it is 30% of shares, that would be enough to block Directors being appointed I think.  Secondary thoughts anyway, right now I'd press for a full buyout.
