Christmas.
Fuck Christmas. One of my main clients has decided to shut up shop until the new year (without notice). That leaves me down by at least 2 grand USD over the Christmas period.
Cheers then. And all becasue some people believe in a magical sky daddy.
Bah fucking humbug.
Ha! Not down on money so much but similar. I was negotiating with a potential client and sent a follow up email yesterday, only to get an auto reply along the lines of "...is now away for the Festive Period. You will be able to contact...... in the New Year." Isn't the Magical Sky Daddy just Idris Elba? Well that's what Sky's adverts keep paying him for because he can't bloody sing!

That continual showing of the promo for ‘The Tiger Who Came to Tea’. How fucking annoying is that. Walliams/Williams can fuck right off.

Not if it was a ploy to dupe your husband after you couldn't be arsed to cook any tea, bath the kid and have drank all of Daddy's beer!

And they're not going to be "stranded" as the fuckwitted article and headline state, they're going to get home 40 minutes later.

I'd be really cheesed off as a school kid with a 60 mile round trip daily commute.

People that can afford to send their kids too school by train complaining that public services are not tailor made to their needs.

I used to do around that as a kid, didn't worry me or my mates especially. But that's a separate point, if that kind of trip is an issue then the parents should perhaps reconsider their choice of school?

Problem is for a number of aspirant middle class types in and around Swindon, is that they can't countenance their kids going to Swindon schools because of their mostly lousy reputations but can't afford the proper jobs like a Marlborough, Rendcomb or Dauntsey's. Fuck em they probably voted Tory.
