i do believe this is our highest league position this season, although i may be wrong.

fan-fucking-tastic.

14th is our highest position this season isnt it? When we went on a 3 game unbeaten run at the start of the season.......i think  Wink

Yep 14th at the end of August and as everybody knows the position you're in at the end of August is always pretty much where you finish at the end of the season.

Can't believe how poor we were near the end, 10 man Gills were all over us ffs. And we had several chances in that mach and only managed to finish one, they really need to know how to finish a team off.

3 points, good result and a good performance throughout (except from that defending at the end)

We've done similar in the last 4 home games, it wouldn't be a true Swindon side if it was easy

How can you fault the defending at the end? They had the momentum and the Town players were doing everything possible to hold them back.
Even though Gills had ten men it is dificult to defend when the other team throws everybody forward.

We should have been more comfortable by that point though. Shakes had a huge gap to aim for and only hit the keeper cos his shot was going wide. And as for Curo's one on one  :?

http://www.swindontownfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/MatchCentre/0,,10341~30378,00.html

Swindon shots on target = 7
Swindon shots off target = 7

Gills on target = 0
Gills off target = 3

Says it all really, we were the better side and deserved the three points.
