Do you mean Charters, it's the one by the town bridge that has lots of Real Ales  (underneath the Restaurant East).

That sounds like it. I was a bit "tired and emotional" last time and couldn't remember. Ta

Just read a few reviews........on the River Nene....but the food is a bit dodgy.

Its the beer that matters though!

Eating is cheating on match days, unless it's a burnt pasty in the ground, Which being the religious sort I am, I know is the 11th commandment.

If you are coming upon the Train the Brewery Tap is just over the road from the station.
The food in there is pretty good, and they have a lot of real beer.

It's farther away from the ground, and I've never been in on matchdays, but it's a pretty decent pub

Thrapston eh, was Lazy Acres there when you were there.

Have to say other than when we play up here the only other time I've been to watch Peterborough was a pre season game against Man Utd.

This thread was started for the sole purpose of getting two people to pay me money for a lift to peterboro', whilst listening to great music (Admittedly not complete tracks).

Take your good pub guide and fuck off to another thread, you fuckers.

Was in the days when the Diamonds of Rushden belonged to Irthlingborough.

Good point, A lift from the station to the pub and back would be ideal, tis a bit of a trek.
