Baiscally if this does fail it is the end.
The league have given us until 30 November to complete or its a points deduction i am afraid.
In any case the CVA has failed therefore the so called "supervisor" should be declaring this and winding the company up. Any offers to pay the debts should be immediately snapped up. The club should be forced to accept the £1 offer, they are in no position to negotiate.
The issue is why bite off the hand that feeds you- if the sale goes through a certain person will lose the main source of funding for their businesses

Be fair to Bart, he isn't the first or last to speculate on a points deduction. It may be guff, but if it were true it would hardly be made public by the club would it. Unfortunately I think Bart suffers from premature 'getfuckedulation', his previous repetitive posts have annoyed so much that anything he posts now is automatically criticised.
As for the takeover, the mere suggestion that there could be a hitch has made my heart sink. The spider sense is working overtime, mainly adding up recent events - Bape's 'next 48 hours are critical' post, the plan B statement from the club, "NEWBIE" (if it is Holt) starting to insist Bill Power has shafted the FC, and so on.
Obviously it could just be rumour/scour mongering/political maneuvering. It's just we've been here before, it ended in tears befor.

Yes there must be a small amount of truth as Bape has been backed up by the ever reliable Banbers.
I think it will all hinge on MD, if hes out of the equation then it will go through, if he has a finger in the pie still then its doubtful.
We will know by Friday though I am sure with the deal being completed on the 26th as per plan.
I am still quietly confident it will go through, I still think that deep inside SSW does have the clubs best interests at heart but it is time to move on, relinquish control to a new board/owner and look to the future, which we havent been able to at STFC for a long long time.
