That's just about finished it for me. Free this and half price that for new customers but seems like fuck all for the likes of me who have been with them for years. I'm waiting for them to call back but guess the only way I'll get a better deal is if I cancel then Ill be in a better position to haggle. Tossers

And I didn't even haggle, so maybe there was a bigger % there.

Did you get right to the point of cancelling or just ask them outright for a better deal? Don't want all the hassle of changing to be honest but it pisses me off to be paying more than new comers.

same here but no contract renewal. Go to cancellations notts and say you can't afford it nut will consider staying if they can reduce your bill

I didn't realise that Sky were putting their prices up by a frankly astounding £1 a month.
As I quite enjoy their product and don't think that £1 a month is going to break the bank, I think I'll probably save the time and energy to moan about it and just carry on and take the financial hit.
