Got away with that, Fryer should have come for that sooner.

Yes, he looks nervous today, where he didn't on Tuesday.

Think I would consider taking J Grant off, push Hunt forward, bring Broadbent on. Push Grounds to LB

Jesus wept. We really do have some ‘special’ fans.

Nothing like making your mind up about a ‘keeper less than 20 minutes in to his first league start!

Will you give us all the nod when an acceptable period has passed before it's OK to pass comment on the way he's playing?

Thanks.

Oh do fuck off, we’ve conceded from 2 corners both of which were within the 6 yard box and any competent keeper should be coming for. He doesn’t look mobile, he looks likes he’s running in quick sand when he moves and his kicking is poor. That’s all factual so far, both keepers aren’t up to it on the available evidence!

Fryer wasn't asked to get involved with short passing on Tuesday. That night he did the simple things well.

I agree, I dont see what Joel Grant adds to the team, also get Pitman on for Payne who looks lost.

Going 3 at the back may help us defensively but we are struggling to play attacking football too, that would be conceding to damage limitation rather than going for the win.

We are creating almost zero chances, cant get to grips with the wind at all and dont have the physical presence to hurt them if we win set peices.

Its a difficult situation for any manager let alone one in his first game in charge for us.

Sad time as Shrewsbury have little quality but look a threat from corners.

And the wind is in our favour this half.
