got to be Caccio di Roma (think I spelt that right). It's made in Lazio and Rome's his home town so I reckon he'll go for "what mama used to give him"

If anyone ever goes to Borough Market stay away from the Raclette stand...I have never smelt anything so dreadful in my life.

Raclette is a massive Swiss/savoyarde dish, you basically melt the raclette cheese under a grill and then scrape it over your plate of potatoes and cold meats.  It's ok but I much prefer a cheese fondue - about 90% of the restaurants in the ski resort I live in do both - great social way of eating but very hard to move after an hour spent stuffing melted cheese down your face.
