Water bill has gone up to £40pm. Should be £63. But that is all we can afford. Used to pay £17.
Why did they not tell me I was underpaying?!
Thames Water are shocking at getting bills right. I've had several bills claiming I use £800+ of water as they've extrapolated out the adjustment to estimates incorrectly. |

We had this and had to pay £66 a month until it was cleared. We had a problem with our downstairs toilet not flushing properly and hadn't realised it was using a lot of water. Since that was sorted, we've paid £36 a month and keeping in credit. Is there any chance you've got something similar? |

Had similar too Sippo. We were grossly underpaying and then they upped it to a ridulous amount. I tried a phone call and fought my corner but the guy was pretty abnoxious and was adamant they are right. Which wasn’t my argument in the first place. He didn’t even seem to wonder why I was annoyed. Meant to write but never got around to it. Sounds like you got fobbed off with similar?! |

Spent/wasted the whole fucking day getting documents for PayPal because they suspended my account after slapping an ID confirmation request on me. Without any warning. Cheers for the notice then you fuckers. It's not as though I have things to do like making a living and stuff.
I spend all day jumping through said hoops to supply them with the necessary documentation, only then to be told I have to wait 2-3 working days for it to be processed. THAT'S MY FUCKING MONEY YOU CUNTS. I've given you what you want so I should get full access to it IMMEDIATELY.
