I was only ever going to make a number of games in the single figures anyway, so the price doesn't affect me much.  But I've been coming to games for over 20 years.  It's the casual supporters who will be put off by this.

I did wonder whether this is, in fact, a ruse to push the (already impressive) season ticket figures past the 5,000 mark before the start of the season...before a 'change of heart' and returning match day prices to a more reasonable level.

Reg, you're getting very maudlin lately.  Just like BR.  Hope you won't be the next regular to sign off.

What worries me even more, though, is your predictions are usually very good.  You were pretty much alone in predicting a train crash for 2010/11 this time last year, as I recall.  So please...change the fucking record!  Quickly.

BR was a  Clap....think that's why he quit, because of negative vibes.  But all you can do is call it as you see it...and I don't like what I see.

As I say it'll be interesting to see how it goes, last season they were docked 10 points, had all sorts of problems, but still finished above us.

Yeah because they had team spirit and we didnt.

Di Canio's team will have team spirit. Behave Reg.

Those that dont get fucked off pretty quickly.

Just ask Scott Cuthbert, David Prutton, Jonathan Douglas, David Lucas and Jon-Paul McGovern.

Team spirit and hard work can stop a bad team getting relegated.

Getting promoted you need some quality, especially with the attacking players..........

He sees dead people, all the time.

In fairness if you sit in the Arkells then you have to expect it.

You can read my thoughts in previous posts.....don't particularly want to rake over old coals.  We'll be getting down to business soon, so time to get behind what we've got, and give the fellas a chance.
