Bloke at work was telling me that his mate was walking around a local supermarket in Marlborough, when who appears infront of him with a shopping basket? None other than the man himself.....Paolo Di Canio. He went up to him, shook his hand, and told him what a great job he was doing. Paolo then clenched his fist and said "we're going to do this!".

This quote i took from the cheltnum forum A fool and money are easily parted. Boycott....show Insanio and his crooks that we stand against this ripp off for the working man, all you are going to get is a stadium of the elite classes, which is so wrong. What if you lost your job surviving on £60 a week, you are instantly erased from Swindon crazy entrance prices for elite classes. Only the chosen few can go to games which is very wrong, we are all equal. I'm spitting with rage! Everyone email Swindon and tell them that their average mid-table L2 club is an insult to the middle & lower classes in British society. http://www.robinsnestforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=9104&start=25

Non-league club annoyed at playing league club prices shocker.
At least they'll look back on the heady heights of their current league position with fond memories, forgetting they skipped penelope's poetry society bruncheon charity auction to afford it, and just remember playing Swindon Town and the fact they were full time and had a real stadium.

Paying £25 to sit in a reasonably decent stand compared to £15 to go to AFC Wimbledon's ground seems like a good deal to me.

I cannot disagree with that, its all relative, £25 to sit down in a big stand thats covered and sheltered from winds etc is much better than paying £15 to stand out in an open end, also they get to watch good football with Swindon.

The laughable thing about the Cheltenham rant is that their side stand tickets are £19 and £20 depending on which side you sit. So he's getting all self-righteous over an extra £5 or £6.
In comparison to us being a mid-table L2 team; for a conference team punching well above their weight in a Sunday league stadium, the prices they charge are extortionate.
