apperently my housemate could here me walking around the house at 7am. For some reason I left all the lights on. I have no idea what I was doing.

yeah learn how to read johno. you stupid fool. I just cooked up the fried breakfast of 3's. 3 sausages, 3 bit's of bacon, 3 fried eggs, 3 bits of fried bread and a 415g tin of beans. 4+1+5 = 10. 10/3 = 3.33333 with an infinate amount of 3's. if that ain't the 3's I don't know what is.
