Does anyone know any good websites for free ebook downloads?  I'm not looking for freebie old books that are being given away I'm after new books that have been cracked/hacked/broken or whatever the correct term maybe so I can stick them on my kindle.

Cheers

If you know the book you can usually find a torrent, invariably a collection of an author's work.

For non-torrent, I've used http://ebookee.org in the past and found most books.

just gone on there and tried to download a couple of books and my antivirus (Kingsoft) has said that there is a virus in both of them.  I'm not sure if its being very picky but thought it best not to take the risk

To be honest I am a bit of a 4D/novice when it it comes to downloading stuff that's not strictly legit and always seem to go round in circles and end up downloading some toolbar for IE. As for torrents - I always thought that was a water reference.

Happy to have any help
