Looks as though they have been taken over then. Premier League football club Manchester City has been taken over by the Abu Dhabi United Group for Development and Investment (ABUG), Arabian Business can reveal.
The deal was struck late on Sunday night between the club’s former owner Dr Thaksin Shinawatra, former Prime Minister of Thailand, and ADUG. http://www.arabianbusiness.com/529580-a

David Villa as well if you believe the Beeb....
Despite him already having signed a contract extension at Valencia.

heh heh if Berbatov ends up at City rather than United for 30 million plus Daniel Levy should laugh in Fergusons face.

i think the Yiddo's will be pushing hard for Berbatov to head to Man City, seems to me they see selling him to manure as a last resort... i think it'll be brilliant if he does go there!!!

It'd preferrable if they sold Berbatov abroad... Man City are one of the teams Spurs need to finish above to get European football, so letting him go there seems a bit silly
