Interesting they say Southampton are interested. I could go with £2m plus Barnard or Lambert for Austin.

Burnley’s interest is of course not alone, Millwall, Portsmouth, Queens Park Rangers and Southampton are all thought to be interested parties

Jesus, that can't be the cream of clubs looking at him (QPR aside).

I've no doubt he'd look around Burnley and stay at Swindon!

I think it would take a really stupid bid to even vaguely interest our board. By stupid I mean 4-5 Million, which probably rules most of those out bar QPR.

It's all bollocks. I don't think he'd even want to move unless it was a big established championship club or a premier league club. I also think if he continues this season in the way he's started it, he'll be worth a fuck load more than £2m. He's simply head and shoulders above any striker I've seen in this division.

I think he'd happily bang them in all day in the premiership. Can you imagine Charlie with a world class supply?

I know it ain't going to happen but I have wondered what would happen if Arsenal bought him, with all the chances they create (and normally squander, especially Bendtner). He could set records with that kind of supply.

Surprised Premier League clubs aren't being linked with him. What more can he do?

Prove himself at a good Championship club, unfortunately.

The grass isn't always greener and all that.

I reckon it would take a big club, and by big I mean Newcastle not fucking Burnley to tempt him away.
