I know that I have already said Bodin and Summerbee but here are my reasons:

1) Bodin: I don't recall seeing a better crosser of the ball, he whipped them in with pin-point accuracy and how many goals did OST score from Bodin corners???

2) Summerbee: Pretty handy at crossing the ball himself although not a patch  on Bodin, what he did have above Bodin was the ability to skin players for fun. And let's not forget THAT pass to Fjortoft in the Prem, where Jan scored with his back to goal.

If I could choose a man on the bench it would obviously be kerslake, handy at both crossing and skinning players, but not as good as the above.

It has to be David Peach at left back for being able to make accurate 75 yard passes to team mates that didn't exist. Or that foreign left back (think he was danish but not sure) that Colin Todd  signed who ducked when the ball was in the air. Only played a couple of games.

OI!

Rules please ladies and gentlemen!

Sonic and Yeovil have named two fucking left backs and Mex two right backs. That's just WRONG!

We need one of each surely?

It doesn't alter my choices but it'll unbalance your sides a bit.

I'm going for Rod Thomas at right back, and I'm torn between Kingy and Zippy at left back.

Errrrmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......................................

Kingy it is. Better in a flat four, and more top flight games.

Bodin and Buzzer - for the reasons Bangkok gave, particularly about them being attacking full-backs, I don't remember too much defending as it doesn't always stick in the mind.  Wish I'd been around to see Trollope and Thomas but before my time

i thought the same but decided it'd open a kettle of fish about wingers, inside/outside forwards, strikers, centre halfs, half backs, wingbacks and so on and so forth so kept it simple!

For player that I have seen, Sol at left back (always waited for the crunch as the player got away from him) and Kerslake.
