For couples with high mortgages or just gettng on the property ladder or with young children, well it must be bloody hard at the moment. So true. The deal we got a couple of months ago would definately not be available now. Got in there just in time!

I've probably lost a quarter of my disposable income over the last year despite a pay rise, just means tightening the belt tho, should be ok.
I know builders are suffering, I heard they've stopped building at Wichelstowe because they haven't got buyers.
