Got to admit he's shown great respect to the Grimsby fans in the way he's conducted himself over this transfer. Goes to show footballers aren't all pricks.
Lets hope he can replicate some of the for he showed there wearing red this season.

Which is why some clubs occasionally let a player go for less money than previously turned down, I.e far more given upfront. Standard football economics.

A quite like the fact he was in the box with back to goal, swiveled and shot. OK it went wide, but on another day that could have been a goal.
Also like that he chased down the ball after losing it. OK he had fresh legs but it bodes well.
