Fitness training at the Swindome with Jerel Ifil. That was hard work! Now having a glass of wine and watching a documentary about Maradona.
I've heard the narrator has some great lines...

Just realised while watching the France/Waterford match that I'd put a bet on earlier...
David Goffin @ 11/8 Most Aces Live - To Run (currently 4-3)
Germany @ 9/2 World Cup 2018 Winner - To Run
Over 1.5 Goals @ 4/7 VPS v SJK (FT 1v1) - Won
England Youth & Over 3.5 Goals @ 5/4 England Youth v Qatar Youth (FT 4v0) - Won
Dundalk & Over 2.5 Goals in match @ 2/1 Shamrock Rovers 2 v 5 Dundalk - Won
Antoine Griezmann To Score & France Win @ 2/1 France 3 v 1 Italy - Won
So while the Goffin Aces has a bit to go, if that comes good then all I need is Germany to win the World Cup! Will pay out c420/1 would be a nice start to the Summer!

I went to a team members leaving do in Oxford. Not sure why it was there as the closest anyone lives is 35 miles away (Swindon or Reading) and our office is just south of Newbury

Went Bath races.
No winners at all, but the Oasis, Stone Roses and Verve tribute acts were good and worth a sing along.

Friday night, crashed out in a b&b in Aberfoyle. Saturday morning, evacuating the haggis burger. Saturday afternoon, in pub and all is well.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change? Crap!

This begs Flammable to come out of the woodwork...
(i've just done the food shop and am having a beer before a relatively early night)
Friday night.... Tuppenny, out for some munch, vic, castle, vic. Stumbled home about 2am. Had Friday evening off and didn't start work until 3pm on saturday so would have been rude not to.

I don't think majestic is quite the word for my pissed up wailing.

Was it Smells Like Teen Spirit, fB's Cobain tribute? Or the more forgettable Cobian tribute?
