last night i went to bed at about 2.30am. i woke at 8.47am, did a presentation and got in the pub at 11am. left at 5pm and slept from 6pm to 10pm. god knows when i'll next be tired.

I slept from 5pm  to 5.40pm then watched neighbours and the simpsons then I meant to just sleep for about another half an hour but I woke up about 2am. :shock:

i do that quite a bit. especially after being hungover and going into uni. when i get home i always go fo a 'nap'. End up slepping til 2am then i'm screwed  :roll:

I managed to sleep til 3.45 today. there goes sorting out my sleep pattern!

I was uptil 4.15 playing FM, which means a very pleasant 11.5 hours kip

I fucking love being off work :\/

randomly, i've only had 5 hours of sleep again, but i'm not tired anymore  :beers

gonna have a long sleep tonight, get up bout midday, then get my exam results  Sad  
I'm starting to believe the 'pleasure/pain' principal or the 'Ying/Yang' or whatever it's called
