Edit - If my maths is not too shoddy that's c.£150k so could pay for you know who?
I thought the rumour going around at the end of last season was nearer £1.5m to Swindon from the deal if he is sold?

Its suggested much earlier in this thread that we get £25k per 10 first team games up to a max of £250k, thus I was basing my back of fag packet maths on that setting aside whatever we might get if/when he leaves Derby?

I think the figure of £1.5m included any sell on fees as well as appearance money based upon him going for £7m.

Choose your story sort of thing, I based my fag packet on this….

Is it not related to fee size then?

Edit: just found this from when he left for Derby

‘On top of this STFC will receive £25000 for every 10 appearances at first team level for Derby up to a maximum of £250000 for 100 appearances.

If that player is subsequently sold to another club before they reach the age of 23 then STFC will receive 20% of any fee’

Whoop de doo if that’s the case.

However, now seen this which rather counters the above and suggests c.1.4m if he goes for 7m, setting aside the first bits?

http://www.thefa.com/~/media/C2FB1444624F4367AA477A72D94B50BF.ashx

£3k for every year spent under 12
£12.5k for every year spent with us between 12-16
£25k per 100 appearances - he's made 46 I think.
20% of any future fee (if he moves before 24), minus total compensation already paid out
5% of any future fee irrelevant of club and transfer - i.e. Derby sell him to Leicester, who seel him to Man Utd, we get chunk of that subsequent transfer.

Potentially VERY lucrative business.

I was basing it upon an interview with Power early season when he said the deal could be worth a potential £1.5m to Swindon  if the transfer goes through, when questioned by Shaun Hodgetts, I think pre Scunthorpe.

That's taken from the FA's guide on EPPP, so 20% of any fee, minus compensation already paid. A £1m+ for sure.

Vigouroux to Orient

He's gone to a YUUUGE club there. Place bets on the time it takes before he throws his "I'm such a big player, I'm not respected" paddy. I say we get at least one falling out before March.

Mind you Embleton is a bit of a wet lettuce so will let it ride for a while before ringing his Mum on what to do about Lawrence.

Back at a club with Brophy. Wasn’t Brophy always with him whenever he got into trouble, they are going to have great club discipline now 😂

I'm sure Embleton will keep them in check.

Did he actually play any games for them, Wiki suggests not but I suspect that appearances in the Chilean league are not fully updated there!
